We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our members to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product. We will take the returned product back with us and the bill amount will be adjusted for the product returned there itself.
In case any quality or satisfaction issues of the product are later realised by the customer they can request for a partial or full return of the order in which case the product will be taken back by or delivery executive and the amount for the product will be credited in your wallet balance. This amount can be later used to reorder the same product or shop later for some other product. In case the customer wants the return in cash/bank account they may request it through a mail to our team and same will be provided within 7 working days.
Return Policy - Time Limits:
1. Perishable goods: Only at the time of delivery and no refund after delivery
2. Other goods : Within 3 days from the delivery date.
