FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do I have to necessarily register to shop on Honey Money Top website?

You can add products to the cart and shop even without registration you will be required to provide us the details in the guest account section to place orders. You will be asked for basic information required for us to serve you without opening an account with us.

 

Can I have multiple registrations?

Each email address and contact phone number can only be associated with one Honey Money Top account.

 

Can I add more than one delivery address in an account?

Yes, you can add multiple delivery addresses in your account. However, remember that all items placed in a single order can only be delivered to one address. If you want different products delivered to different address you need to place them as separate orders. You will be provided with the choice at checkout to choose the desired delivery address.

 

What is My Account?

My Account is the section you reach after you log in at honeymoneytop.com. My Account allows you to track your active orders, check wallet, change password as well as see your order history and update your contact detail

 

What is HMT wallet, where can I see my wallet balance and how can I use it?

Wallet reflect the amount of money which you have pending in your account to use against future purchases. This is received through promotions or your order return or refunds. You can see this in “My Account” under wallet details.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery address and payment method. On the payment method page a box will appear if u have any wallet balance. You will have to enter the amount you want to use from the wallet. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

 

 Are there any other charges or taxes in addition to the price shown? Is VAT added to the invoice?

There is no VAT. GST will be applicable as per Government Regulations but all prices in our store are inclusive of taxes.

 

If I pay by credit card how do I get the amount back for items not delivered?

If we are not able to delivery all the products in your order and you have already paid for them online, the balance amount will be refunded to your wallet as store credit and you can use it at any time against your future orders. Should you want it to be credited to your bank account please contact our customer support team and we will refund it back on to your card or in form of cash.

 

Where do I enter the coupon code?

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select delivery address and payment method. On the payment method page there is a box where you can enter any coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

 

When will I receive my order?

Your order will be delivered to you on the day as u have placed the order if it has been placed before 5 pm. We will try to deliver the product as soon as possible.  We might not be able to deliver the product on time sometimes due to unforeseen situations but we will notify you when your order leaves for delivery.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a fleet of vehicles operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.

How much are the delivery charges?

We provide free home delivery for any order above 500 but a delivery charge of 50 is applicable on deliveries below this value.

 

Do you deliver in my area?

We are currently delivering in South Delhi, Noida sector 168 and Gurugram. To check the availability of delivery you can either use the delivery availability check available at all product pages or at the time of checkout.

Can I add or remove products after placing my order?

No, you cannot change your order after placing it once.

 

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can check the current status of your order by going to my accounts section > your order > view order > track your order. You can also reach or customer support team for any updates regarding the order.

 

What do I do if an item is defective (broken, leaking or expired)?

We have a no questions asked return policy. In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.
