A- No, registration is free.

Q – Can I shop with HMT without registration?

A- No, you can surf the website without the registration, but you have to mention the details of yours before making any purchase so we can know who are and deliver your items with you with the given details.

A- We can generate many ID or users with us but only one email id or telephone number can be associated with each user.

Q – How many delivery address I can add in an account?

A- You can add multiple address but you have to mention which products needs to deliver at which address at the time of your shopping.

Q – Can I change my delivery address once my order has been shipped for delivery?

A- No, once you have mentioned the address it can’t be changed, if you want to change it you have to return or cancel the products and make your order again with us with different address.

A- In case you are not satisfied with a product received you can return it to the delivery personnel at time of delivery or you can contact our customer support team and we will do the needful.
